Needed a custom box for my Kenwood TS-590, Rich did not hesitate to hook me up with exactly what I wanted “40 db pad, long mic wire, kenwood plug” and even made some great suggestions “ground switch”  which he added,  The custom box works fantastically for my pro audio equipment and Rich is a stand up guy that delivers just what he promises, I had zero issues with my purchase and will gladly do business with him in the future, Highly satisfied.
