Received my fx1 box last week just want to say it’s a great product with even better service from rick. I’m running it through a mixer and wasn’t sure on some settings. Called rick and he walked me through it personally great product with great customer service. Thanks so much rick. Will definitely be doing business again in future. Just to let you know – I have received the FX1 combo today in perfect condition. Have only quickly run the studio dynamic microphone via xlr input directly to radio and it works perfectly…. Thank you for this ingenious product of yours and surely I will have numbers of years enjoying this especially when it hook up onto the full audio system.

thank for the great products you provide specifically the FX1 pro. After ordering I got the box within a week even though it was a special order. being a novice I had difficulty adjusting and connecting to my mixer.  I called Rich and he personally answered the phone. He walked me through the connection process. He spent 45 Min on the phone I highly recommend Him and him audio products.  Rich thanks for all your help

I have everything hooked up on the 2995dx and people can not believe how sick my audio sounds. Anyone I talk to says I sound like a broadcaster or ask if I am on a big HF rig.  Never thought running a mixer would have these results.  Thanks for all your help and great product.
